Vitis vinifera L. is the Latin name of grapes. Grapes dipped into a natural solution and sun-dried are called sultanas. Non-dipped sun-dried grapes are called raisins.

Both bulk and retail packs are available. For bulk, the product is packed in 10 kg, 11.5 kg, and 12.5 kg cartons according to origin or customer requirement.
For retail, 25 gr to 3000 gr pillow, doypack and quadro bags, in addition to various weights within this range, are available for private label. |
Apricots

QUALITY |
Apricots are small, golden orange fruits, with velvety skin and flesh, not too juicy but definitely smooth and sweet. Their flavour is almost musky, with a faint tartness that is more pronounced when the fruit is dried. The main source of Dried Apricots is Turkey, Malatya area being the main growing region.
The vast majority of fruit is preserved with Sulphur Dioxide. Sulphuring not only preserves, it also lightens and softens the apricot. Un-sulphured and Organic fruit retains the natural dark brown colour. |
